OFFSET DISC HARROW |
Offset Disc Harrow (Mounted Type) |
Offset Disc Harrow is a mounted hydraulically operated implement.
Suitable for attachments to tractors having either category 1 or 2 linkage.
It is designed for work in Orchards. Groves and Vineyards, in addition to regular field disking.
Its rigid construction and depth of penetration adapts heavy disking in tough soils, whilst unit attachment to the tractor, with working depth controlled hydraulically, ensures easy disking in small areas and corners.
It has 14 Discs of 20" 22" or 24"dia in two gangs, front 7 Discs are scalloped and rear 7 Discs are plain.
The front gang may be moved right or left, to a maximum of two feet in relation to the front gang, thus giving maximum offset of four feet.
There are three positions for erank attachment on the rear member of the front gang. Positioning depends on amounts and direction of offset required.

Mounted Disc Harrow |
The Mounted Disc Harrow is hydraulically operated implement and can be attached to tractor having either category 1 or 2 linkage.
It has 12, 14 or 16 Disc of 22" or 24" dia in two gangs.
Both the gangs may be moved right or left in relation to the hitch frame to give the required offset.
The gangs are fitted on heavy duty taper roller bearing to give easy movement.
When mounted on a tractor it becomes a compact unit that can easily be maneuvered into corners or on short headlands.
In addition the implement being easily attached and transportable in top speeds, little time is lost between the shed and the field.
The spring loaded head stock brace of the mounted harrow allows flexibility of the unit over uneven terrain or where obstructions are likely to be met.

PLOUGH / LEVELLER |
Mounted Disc Plough |
Handle the toughest ploughing jobs with ease.
Outstanding penetration performance in extremely hard ground and soil with large roots and other obstructions.
For soft sticky ground and sandy soil depth can be controlled through the built-in depth control.
The under frame and unit-to-unit clearances are adequate to cope with trashy conditions.
Perfect alignment of the sub-beams carrying the Disc bottoms is maintained by virtue of the frame construction.
An adjustable and spring-loaded furrow wheel takes care of the side draft and the implement moves smoothly.
Disc till angle can be varied in three stages to perform on various types of soils.
Reversible Disc Plough |
The Reversible Disc Plough is a unique implement, which is directly mounted to the tractor.
This is a hydraulically operated basic implement for preparation of land.
It is very useful in hard and dry trashy stumply land condition and in soil where scouring is a problem.
Heavy-duty clearance allows the plough to operate under heavy crop residual.
This plough works on both the left and right side and automatically reverses the position while ploughing hence less time & diesel consumption.
This plough is more suitable for big pieces of land.

Mould Board Plough |
Ideal for toughest ploughing job with outstanding penetration performance.
The under frame and unit-to-unit clearance are adequate to cope with trashy conditions.
Perfect alignment of the plough beams carrying the Mould Board bottom is maintained by virtue of the frame construction.
The Mould Board will retain their mirror finish at all time contributing to well turned furrows.
The plough has special wear resistant steel bottoms with bar points for toughest ploughing jobs.
Bar point bottom ensures longer life as it can be extended or reversed and re-used till the last possible length.

Leveler |
The Leveler is a simple and rugged Implement, which is directly fitted to the Tractor.
The 6mm single plate body duly reinforced makes our levelers trouble free in operation.
It is a hydraulically operated basic implement for preparation of Land.
Leveling blade is made out of special steel and having 100x6mm or 75x6mm cross section which gives it double the life compared to other ordinary blades.
The Leveler is available in 6' (weight 95kg.), 7' (weight 105kg.) and 8' (weight 115kg.).
Soil retaining wings can be optionally fitted on both ends of the blade for carrying the soil without spillage.
